Baku: A serious road accident took place in the Sabunchu district of Baku, APA reports. It was reported that a Mercedes-Benz branded car collided with Renault and Changan vehicles.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Management Union of Medical Territorial Units (TABIB) stated that an emergency medical team was dispatched to the scene. The emergency medical team recorded the pre-hospital death of one person (female, approximately 2 years old). A 36-year-old individual (male) passed away in the ambulance while being transferred to the Sabunchu Medical Center.

Another injured person (female) was hospitalized at the Sabunchu Medical Center and was given necessary medical assistance for an open skull-brain injury, severe head contusion, a crushed wound to the top of the head, nose and ear bleeding, and a fracture of the left arm. Currently, her treatment continues in the Surgical Profile Resuscitation Department, and her condition is considered severe.
