As a contribution to the international efforts against the COVID-19 pandemic, 10 German-made oxygen concentrators (artificial lung ventilators) were presented to the Tsaritsa Yoanna Hospital of the Institute for Specialization and Development of Physicians in Sofia, Bulgaria, at the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, APA reports citing the Embassy.
Speaking at the opening of the charity event attended by the representatives of the Bulgarian government and the Ministry of Health, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Bulgaria Huseyn Huseynov noted that the charity event was another international solidarity event organized by Azerbaijan to support the global fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
