Charles Michel, President of the European Council will pay a visit to Azerbaijan, spokesman for President of the European Council Barend Leyts wrote on Twitter, APA reports.
“On July 16 until 18, President of the European Council will have bilateral meetings with acting PM of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and Armenian President and Azerbaijani President to strengthen the EU’s Armenia and Azerbaijan relations,” Barend Leyts noted.
