Citizens of other countries permanently residing in Russia, Turkey, the USA, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Republic of Hungary, Israel, UAE, the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the Kingdom of Qatar are allowed to enter and leave the Republic of Azerbaijan by air, the Cabinet of Ministers made a relevant amendment to the decision on measures on extending special quarantine regime and eliminating some restrictions, APA reports.
