Civil Defense Mechanism will be established within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States (OTC), Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated during a press conference on the results of the Organization of Turkic States Extraordinary Summit in Ankara, APA’s Istanbul correspondent reports.

He noted that this step will further strengthen cooperation among the OTC countries’ relevant institutions.
