Baku: The Azerbaijani co-chair of the Joint Commission on Economic, Scientific-Technical, and Cultural Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Czech Republic has been changed, APA reports. This change comes as part of an amendment to the presidential decree concerning the composition of the Azerbaijani side of the Joint Commission, which was signed by President Ilham Aliyev.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been appointed as the Azerbaijani co-chair of the Commission. Prior to this appointment, Anar Akhundov, who served as the Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, held the position of co-chair.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan is tasked with sending the relevant notification to the Czech side regarding the amendments introduced by the decree.
