Tbilisi: "The completion of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway project is another indication of the strategic partnership and successful cooperation among Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Trkiye," stated Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze at the official inauguration ceremony of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars (BTK) railway line.
According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Prime Minister Kobakhidze highlighted that the BTK line had been operating in test mode since 2017, with a yearly increase in the volume of transported cargo. He emphasized that the commissioning of the BTK railway line will enhance the competitiveness of the Middle Corridor, further solidifying the collaboration between the three nations.
