Construction Begins on Fifth Residential Complex in Azerbaijan’s Aghdam

Aghdam: Construction work has commenced on the fifth residential complex in the city of Aghdam, Azerbaijan. Fidan Mammadli, an employee of the Public Relations Department of the Restoration, Construction and Management Service in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts, announced the development in a statement to APA's Karabakh bureau.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Mammadli detailed the scope of the new construction project. The complex will encompass 12 blocks, with a total of 50 buildings planned. These will include 40 residential buildings and 10 non-residential buildings, offering a total of 1,074 apartments with configurations ranging from one to four rooms. Mammadli also mentioned that construction work on the third residential complex is on the horizon. This upcoming project will feature 13 blocks.

Furthermore, Mammadli highlighted additional construction projects set to commence soon. These include auxiliary buildings for the restored Aghdam Juma Mosque and a multifunctional administrative building, both located in the city of Aghdam. The Restoration, Construction and Management Service is spearheading these efforts in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts.
