The Fund for Social Development of Internally Displaced Persons (FSDIDP) has signed a contract on the basis of single-source method for designing Beylik village in Lachyn region. According to the state procurement portal, "Azin Construction" LLC (Taxpayer Identification Number: 2003688301) will design Beylik village within 6 months and receive AZN 299.100 ($179.900) for these services. As a reminder, last October, the FSDIDP awarded the same company a contract for designing Zabukh and Sus villages of Lachyn region within 6 months without competitive procurement procedure. "Azin Construction" LLC received AZN 898,800 ($528,700) for these services. According to the data posted in the Unified Portal of State Electronic Procurement, in 2022-2023, direct contracts for design and urban planning justification of 6 settlements of Lachyn region (Gulebird, Kurdhaji, Gorchu, Pirjahan, Ericli and Shelve) have also been signed, which will cost the state budget AZN 2.4 million ($1.4 million).
