President of the International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Gunay Afandiyeva has met with Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan Serzhan Abdykarimov.

At the meeting, Gunay Afandiyeva highlighted the existence of intensive partnership relations between International Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, which she heads, and Kazakhstan, a founding state of the organization. Gunay Afandiyeva stressed the importance of cultural events that will be held within the framework of cooperation between the Foundation and Kazakhstan.

Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan Serzhan Abdykarimov noted the significance of the Foundation’s multifaceted activities to promote the material and cultural heritage of the Turkic peoples for the entire Turkic world. The Ambassador expressed confidence in the further expansion of relations with Kazakhstan within the framework of the projects implemented by the Foundation.

The meeting continued with an exchange of views on the prospects for further cooperation between the parties.
