Baku: A delegation from the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited Conakry at the invitation of the Guinean side within the framework of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Guinea on the Implementation of the ASAN Khidmet Practice, signed in March 2026.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the purpose of the visit was to identify institutional and legal opportunities for establishing public service centers in Guinea based on the "ASAN Khidmet" model and to conduct an initial assessment of the current state of public service delivery. The delegation was received by the Prime Minister of Guinea, where a representative of the State Agency presented a detailed overview of the "ASAN Khidmet" model and its implementation progress in Guinea.
The Prime Minister of Guinea acknowledged the "ASAN Khidmet" model and expressed satisfaction with the development achieved by Azerbaijan under President Ilham Aliyev's leadership. He emphasized that the "ASAN Khidmet" experience would play a crucial role in the ongoing reforms in Guinea's public administration sector.
During the visit, the delegation also engaged in discussions with Guinea's Minister of Administrative Modernization and Civil Service. Both parties deliberated on the planned activities to implement the "ASAN Khidmet" model in Guinea and concurred on a roadmap for future actions.
Moreover, the delegation met with representatives of government institutions expected to participate in the public service centers to be established in Guinea using the "ASAN Khidmet" model.
