Cruise Ship Service Set to Launch on Moscow-Baku Route

Moscow:A new cruise ship service between Moscow and Baku is on the horizon, as announced by Adam Hakimov, Russia's Trade Representative in Azerbaijan. The service is anticipated to begin shortly, offering a luxurious travel experience.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the cruise voyage will last seven days in each direction, culminating in a 14-day round trip. This initiative involves one cruise ship that is already prepared, with two additional ships anticipated to be ready soon. If the initial voyages prove successful, these additional ships are expected to be included in the service to Baku.

Hakimov emphasized that the project benefits from government support, with the construction of the cruise ships being subsidized by Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade. This support underscores the significance of the project and its potential impact on the travel route between the two cities.
