According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Mammadov critiqued the Biden-Blinken administration, emphasizing that their policy towards the South Caucasus was driven by ideologies and the influence of the Armenian lobby rather than facts. He pointed out that the administration failed to comprehend Azerbaijan’s legitimate demands, and instead of actively addressing the Karabakh issue, President Biden delegated the responsibility to Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

Mammadov further commented on Blinken’s ineffectiveness, noting that his efforts yielded no tangible outcomes and that he even imposed preliminary conditions against Azerbaijan. He argued that the approach taken by the Biden administration inadvertently increased Armenia’s reliance on Russia, which was not aligned with American interests.
