Today the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) held another currency auction with the participation of the State Oil Fund. This is reported by the CBA.

The report says that this is up by 26.7% from the auction of October 20 – $67.4 million – and was fully secured, the report added.

Note that average rate of U.S. currency at the auction was formed at 1.7 manat
