Dashalti to Operate as a Tourism Village, Special Representative Says

Shusha: 'The village of Dashalti in Shusha will operate as a tourism village,' said Aydin Karimov, Special Representative of the President in the Shusha district, in a statement to journalists within the framework of the 13th Session of the United Nations World Urban Forum (WUF13).

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Karimov announced that the construction of the village will begin this year. The plan to transform Dashalti into a tourism village is part of a broader initiative to enhance the region's appeal to tourists and stimulate local economic growth.

The statement was made during the WUF13, where discussions about sustainable urban development and revitalization of communities are taking place. The transformation of Dashalti is expected to attract visitors to Shusha, known for its cultural and historical significance.
