Evan Ferguson fired Roma into a 14th-minute lead after collecting Paulo Dybala's deflected pass on the edge of the box before firing a low drive beyond Wladimiro Falcone. After Ferguson was substituted on the hour, his replacement, Artem Dovbyk, sealed all three points 19 minutes from time with a left-footed finish from Niccolo Pisilli's centre.
