Lachin:Participants of the 4th International Conference in the Baku Dialogue format, focusing on 'Strengthening Trust and Developing Effective Mechanisms in Addressing the Issue of Missing Persons,' visited the Lachin district. The conference was organized by Azerbaijan's State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages, and Missing Persons.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the delegation comprised former heads of state and government, senior officials from international organizations and foreign countries, heads of institutions dealing with missing persons, experts, representatives of non-governmental organizations, human rights specialists, as well as foreign ambassadors and military attachés accredited to Azerbaijan.

The delegates visited Zabukh village in the Lachin district, where Massim Mammadov, the Special Representative of the Azerbaijani President in the Lachin district, provided a briefing on the village.

Following this, the group toured the boulevard along the Hakari River and visited Seyrangah, a scenic panoramic viewpoint, enjoying the remarkable views of Lachin.
