According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Osmanova emphasized that the protection of children's rights is one of the state's important priorities. This commitment extends beyond educational institutions, as liability is also envisaged for the failure to prevent ongoing aggressive behavior against minors and children in recreational facilities and penitentiary institutions.
