President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on conferring diplomatic ranks to employees of diplomatic services of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

According to the order, the following employees of diplomatic services of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been conferred with diplomatic ranks:

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the second degree

Abdullayeva Leyla Yashar

Habibzadeh Eljan Ibrahim

Rafiyev Yalcin Ilgar
