Diplomats Accredited in Azerbaijan Continue Their Tour of Garabagh and East Zangezur

Baku: Members of the diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan continued their visit to the East Zangezur and Garabagh regions on September 12. The tour, which has attracted significant international attention, highlights the ongoing efforts to showcase the development and reconstruction of these areas.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the tour's second day includes visits to the Aghdara and Kalbajar districts. This visit follows the diplomats' exploration of the cities of Khankendi and Shusha on September 11, where they had the opportunity to witness firsthand the progress made in these historically significant regions.

The visit brings together a 150-member delegation representing 58 countries and 9 international organizations, reflecting a broad spectrum of international interest and cooperation. This marks the 22nd visit by representatives of the diplomatic corps to the liberated territories since 2020, underscoring the ongoing international engagement with Azerbaijan's reconstruction efforts in the region.
