The body of the second man who drowned on July 28 while fishing near the seashore in the village of Lokbatan was found in the Caspian Sea.

It turned out to be a resident of the village of Lokbatan, Garadagh district of Baku, Zohrabov Subkhan Yadulla oglu, born in 1971, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

Divers of the search group of the state service for supervision of small vessels and rescue on waters under the Ministry of Emergency Situations found the body of the man at a distance of about 20 km from the place where he drowned.
