According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 26, 2021, areas of work and services that require vaccination against COVID-19 or immunity certificate include the transportation of goods and passengers by road, including taxi activities.

The State Motor Transport Service (DANX) told AZERTAC that DANX has warned all carriers to ensure the implementation of the decision. From October 1, if drivers without an immune certificate or COVID-19 passport are detected, they will not be allowed to participate in the flight.
