The State Service for Real Estate Affairs under the Ministry of Economy is continuing work in the field of privatization and leasing of state property.

40 auctions were held in January-July of this year. Share packages of 13 joint-stock companies, 10 small state enterprises, 2 unfinished buildings, and 327 vehicles were privatized at the auctions.

During the 7 months of 2022, 223 orders for auctioned state property were received electronically, and 62 online connections were made through the “Electronic Auction” software to participate in the auctions. During this period, 16 mineral deposits were put into operation through auction.

During the months of January-July, receipts to the state budget from privatization amounted to 32.4 million manats.

In total, 2,252 new lease contracts were signed in January-July 2022. Of these, 498 were non-residential areas, and 1754 were land plots. This is 2.6 times more than the corresponding period of 2021.

During the first 7 months of the current year, a total of about 13.9 million manats were paid to the state budget from the lease of real state property (non-residential and land plots).

Thus, during the months of January-July of this year, the state budget received a total of 46.3 million manats from the privatization and lease of state property.
