Baku: A representative from the Netherlands, Esmeralda van de Ridder, has announced her plans to extend her stay in Baku following the conclusion of the World Urban Forum 13 (WUF13). Van de Ridder, who is part of the global 'Water as Leverage' program, expressed her fondness for the city and mentioned her intention to spend her holiday there to further explore its atmosphere.
