Rates of state duty for state registration of civil status acts are changed, it has been reflected in the amendment, suggested to the law “On state duty”, discussed at the meeting of Parliamentary Committee for Economic Policy, Industry, and Entrepreneurship today, APA reports.

According to the amendment, state duty for registration of marriage is increased from AZN 5 to 10.

At the same time, duties for registration of dissolution of marriage are also increased. Thus, state duty for registration of dissolution of marriage of a spouse, who does not have a child that not reached a mature age, on the basis of mutual agreement is increased from AZN 15 to 20, state duty for registration of dissolution of marriage on the basis of a court decision from AZN 15 to 20.
