BAKU — As of 10:00 AM on election day, preliminary reports indicate that 9.92% of voters have participated in Azerbaijan’s parliamentary elections.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Chief of the Seckiler Information Center of the Central Election Commission Secretariat, a total of 636,842 voters had already cast their ballots by mid-morning. This early data provides the first official glimpse into voter engagement in these critical elections.
