Elchin Ibadov, the Head of Finance of SOCAR Türkiye Refinery and Petrochemicals Business Unit, has been appointed the company’s general director, APA-Economics reports citing SOCAR.

Zaur Gahramanov, who has been working as the chief executive director of SOCAR Türkiye since 2016, has been appointed as an adviser to the president of SOCAR.
