“The Southern Gas Corridor proved its strategic importance in a short period by providing European consumers with uninterrupted and affordable natural gas during the energy crisis,” said Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov at the round table of the ministers on the subject “Energy Transition in Southeast Europe: Regional Cooperation on Energy Security, Diversification and Transition to Green Energy” held in Sofia, Bulgaria, APA reports.
“Azerbaijan is determined to continue its role as a reliable energy supplier for both the region and European countries,” he said.
