Baku:Entrepreneurs and legal entities can now assign signing rights for various transactions to others through the Kabinetim section on the sima.az website. This new feature allows entrepreneurs to delegate responsibilities for tax, customs, banking, and other business transactions digitally.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the process involves entering the designated individual's FIN in the Kabinetim section and assigning them the necessary role. The person receiving signing rights does not need to be an employee of the entrepreneur's business but must possess a SIMA business digital signature certificate linked to the company's Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). Authorization remains effective until the entrepreneur decides to revoke it.

The SIMA business digital signature certificate is obtainable online via the SIMA Imza mobile application. New users can benefit from a promo code, 6AYPULSUZ, to access the digital signature service free for the first six months.
