“It is necessary to establish a border checkpoint at the beginning of Lachin road in order to prevent the harassment policies and illegal actions of the Armenian side,” said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan in response to Armenian Foreign Ministry, APA reports.

“Azerbaijan will continue to take all necessary measures in order to protect its national interests and security,” reads the comment.
