Baku: 'Sustainable construction should be a top priority for urban policy,' Estonian representative Kersti Tomingas, who is participating in WUF13, told AZERTAC.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Tomingas emphasized that the use of energy-efficient materials not only reduces waste but also minimizes utility costs. She highlighted that European countries are increasingly implementing circular economy principles in the construction sector.
