On November 12, at 11:00 am, an awards ceremony will be organized in Baku at EU4Culture in order to announce 3 selected cities that will receive 30 000 euros grant for the development of Cultural Development Strategies with the support of Representation of the European Union in Azerbaijan, APA reports.

30 thousand euros have been allocated to Shaki, Khirdalan, and Lankaran.
