Tabriz: The evacuation of the staff of Azerbaijan's Consulate General in the Iranian city of Tabriz has been completed, as confirmed by the Head of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Aykhan Hajizada, in response to an inquiry from APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Aykhan Hajizada also mentioned that the majority of the staff from Azerbaijan's embassy in Tehran has been evacuated. This development follows an announcement from Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister, Jeyhun Bayramov. During a joint press conference held in Baku with Moldova's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mihai Pop?oi, Bayramov revealed that instructions had been issued for the evacuation of staff from both the embassy in Tehran and the Consulate General in Tabriz.
