Astara: Evacuation operations are ongoing at the Astara state border checkpoint, where 46 individuals were safely evacuated from Iran between 09:00 and 20:00 on March 8.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, the evacuees include citizens from a diverse group of countries, including Azerbaijan, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Spain, Belgium, Romania, Switzerland, and Hungary. The evacuation process is being carried out in stages to ensure all necessary procedures are followed at the border checkpoint.
