Baku: Transport and communication links between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan will reach a new level, Tolobek Beishenbekov, director of Kyrgyzstan's Insap Elim Public Foundation, told APA.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, construction of the Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway has begun. The expert noted that once construction of the railway is completed, cooperation and transport and communication links between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan along this route will reach a new level.

'This is of great importance for Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan,' Tolobek Beishenbekov emphasized.
