Baku: Energy could become the most dynamic area of future cooperation between Azerbaijan and Spain, Spanish expert and President of the Pan-European Union Carlos Uriarte S¡nchez said in the latest episode of the "Azerbaijan and the World" program broadcast on the AZERTAC website.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Azerbaijan plays a key role in diversifying Europe's energy supplies thanks to gas supplies via the Southern Gas Corridor. The expert highlighted that beyond traditional energy resources, there is significant potential for collaboration in renewable energy sources. In particular, solar and wind energy present areas where Spanish companies, with their technological expertise, could engage in joint projects with Azerbaijan.

He believes that the development of such cooperation opens up opportunities for attracting investment, technology transfer, and expanding economic ties between the two countries.
