Baku: DAMS Lucas Oil driver Jak Crawford has taken his second pole position of the Formula 2 season, narrowly besting reigning Formula 3 champion Leonardo Fornaroli to the top spot.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Italian driver Leonardo Fornaroli of Invicta Racing secured second place, with his compatriot Gabriele Mini of Prema Racing rounding out the podium in third.

The race continues today with the second free practice session for the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, scheduled to begin at 16:00 PM local time.
