By the decision of the Narimanov district Court, preventive measures in the form of arrest for a period of 3 months and 12 days of arrest were chosen against Fazil Gasimov, a law enforcement source said. Gasimov was charged under the Article 204.3.1 (production of counterfeit money by an organized group) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, which provides for 8 to 12 years of imprisonment.
