Baku: The fee charged for the issuance and replacement of journalist identification cards will be abolished, APA reports. This decision comes as part of the amendments to the Law on Media, which were discussed during today's session of the Milli Majlis.
According to Azeri-Press News agency, the current fee for obtaining or replacing a journalist ID card is 20 manats. The recent amendments propose the removal of this fee, a move that was put to a vote and successfully adopted in the first reading.
