ISTANBUL: Fenerbahce Beko secured a 78-71 victory against ALBA Berlin in Round 4 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, marking a significant away win on Thursday. The game, held at the Uber Arena, showcased a compelling performance from Fenerbahce, with four players achieving double-digit scores.

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Nigel Hayes-Davis led Fenerbahce’s efforts with 14 points and five rebounds. Wade Baldwin IV contributed 13 points while Tarik Biberovic and Nicolo Melli each added 12 points to the team’s score. On the opposing side, ALBA Berlin saw Matteo Spagnolo and Martin Hermannsson both scoring 13 points. Trevion Williams also made a notable contribution with 12 points, eight rebounds, and four assists for the German club.

This victory improved Fenerbahce’s record to 3-1 in the league, while ALBA Berlin’s record slipped to 1-3. The win underscores Fenerbahce’s strong start in the EuroLeague season.

In other EuroLeague action on Thursday, Real Madrid defeated Panathinaikos AKTOR Athen
s with a close 90-86 score at the Wizink Center. Facundo Campazzo was instrumental for Real Madrid, scoring 19 points, while Dzanan Musa added 15 points. Despite Kendrick Nunn’s 23 points and six assists for Panathinaikos, the team was unable to secure a win. Juancho Hernangomez also contributed 16 points for the Greek club.
