A three-year badge will be given to the journalists who are on the media register in Azerbaijan. 

It was noted during the discussion of the bill “On Media”. It was stressed that the journalists on the media register will be provided with badges by relevant executive bodies.

In accordance with the bill, it does not apply to foreign journalists operating throughout the country. The bill “On Media” also envisages the fight against the “copy-paste” journalism. Thus, fight will be carried out against the “copy-paste” journalism.
