A fire broke out in a mountainous area with complex relief mined by the enemy in Edili village of Khojavend region, Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations told APA.

According to the information, relevant forces of the ministry were immediately involved in the incident scene. The fire was prevented from spreading to the village, as well as communication lines were protected from the fire.

Two helicopters of the Aviation Detachment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have been involved and the fire was extinguished, prevented from spreading to the dense forest area.
