First State Program on the Great Return Achieves 79% Implementation

Baku: The First State Program on the Great Return has reached a significant milestone with 79% of its planned objectives successfully implemented, as reported by APA. This announcement was made during a Cabinet of Ministers meeting focused on the upcoming ‘2027-2030 Socio-Economic Development Strategy’ and the creation of the ‘Second State Program on the Great Return.’

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, the meeting highlighted that approximately 21.6 billion manats have been allocated towards the restoration of liberated territories. This budget includes provisions for the year 2025. Furthermore, a total of 7 billion manats has been allocated from the state budget for the execution of the ‘2022-2026 Socio-Economic Development Strategy’ thus far.

The report emphasized that the decrees signed by the President in 2022 were pivotal in adopting both the ‘2022-2026 Socio-Economic Development Strategy’ and the ‘First State Program on the Great Return.’ As a result, the government has allocated 7 billion manats from the state budget to implement the strategy, with approximately 78% of the planned tasks already accomplished.
