Baku: Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, announced that the country has met all its obligations concerning the peace agreement. He informed journalists that the peace agreement's text has been both initialed and released to the public, with the preamble and all 17 articles accessible for public viewing.
According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Bayramov highlighted Azerbaijan's consistent and principled stance on the matter. President Ilham Aliyev has repeatedly emphasized that Azerbaijan's primary expectation is the removal of territorial claims against Azerbaijan from Armenia's Constitution. The minister noted that once this issue is resolved, there will be no further obstacles to signing the peace agreement, and the document could be finalized the following day.
