FM: Int’l Court of Justice rejected 2 out of 3 proposals of Armenia

Azerbaijan and Armenia have mutual claims at the International Court of Justice. Considering these cases is a very long process. This can last even for years, Azerbaijan’s FM Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists, APA reports.

 

The minister spoke about the decision of the International Court of Justice dated February 22: “Armenia put forward 3 demands against Azerbaijan. The first claim was that the activities held on the Lachin-Khankandi road by civilian society was allegedly organized by Azerbaijani government. Therefore, a decision was requested against the state of Azerbaijan. The court rejected this claim. The second claim was that Azerbaijani state allegedly interfered the communication lines going to Karabakh. The court rejected this claim too, as it was unreasonable. “
