Baku: Countries that are envisaged within the format of the WUF13 event will be invited accordingly, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov told journalists, APA reports. The minister emphasized that the event will feature a Leaders' Summit for the first time, where invitations are selectively extended.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Bayramov clarified that not all world leaders are invited to the Leaders' Summit. Only those countries that have ongoing cooperation with Azerbaijan in relevant areas receive invitations. He explicitly stated, "I have no information about an invitation being sent to the leader of Armenia," underscoring the selective nature of the invitations for the summit.
