In Jan-Oct of this year, consumers spent AZN 16.866 billion on food products alone in the retail trade network of Azerbaijan, according to the calculations of APA-Economics based on information of the State Statistics Committee.

This indicator is 2,5% more in comparison to the same period of 2020. The population spent AZN 2,006 bln. on food products in October alone, which is 6,1% up compared with September.
