The talks resulted in agreements on technical support, financing mechanisms, procurement procedures, and environmental requirements. Specific steps were outlined for project concept preparation, technical document development, and tender processes.

The initial phase plans include completing the construction of the ‘Darnagul’ and ‘Khojasan’ electric depots and separating the Green and Red lines. Future stages involve continuing construction on the Green and Purple lines and building new stations.
