Baku: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has announced plans to evacuate 200 Azerbaijani citizens from Qatar, with three flights scheduled to depart from Dubai. "Two regular flights are planned from Dubai, UAE, today, on March 1 and 5," stated Aykhan Hajizada, Head of the Press Service Department, in response to questions from the local press concerning the evacuation efforts in the Middle East region.

According to Azeri-Press News Agency, Hajizada explained that efforts are underway to organize a special flight to facilitate the evacuation of Azerbaijani nationals currently in Qatar. Due to the closure of Qatar's airspace, the evacuation will proceed from the territory of Saudi Arabia.
