Former Executive Director of UN-Habitat: Twelfth Malaysia Plan Covers All Major Topics

Kuala lumpur: 'We are bringing together the plans of all ministries and turning them into a single document. We call it the 'Twelfth Malaysia Plan,' and we are currently working on it. It covers all the major topics,' said Maimunah Mohd Sharif, former Executive Director of UN-Habitat, during her speech at the event titled 'Strategic Environmental Assessment as a Tool for Achieving Climate Targets in Urban Planning,' held within the framework of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

According to Azerbaijan State News Agency, Maimunah Mohd Sharif emphasized that the plan is developed at the national level and then adapted to the 13 states in Malaysia. She highlighted that the policies, targets, and strategies developed under the national physical plan are brought down to the state level and are fully coordinated with each other.
